Software built forbusinesses

ETE-Digital designs and engineers SaaS products, web applications, AI systems, and custom software — from the first idea through launch and growth.

How we build

Great products don't happen in one step.

Keep scrolling — the line will take you through the six stages of how an idea becomes a product you can run.

How we build

Great products don't happen in one step.

01

Discover

Understand the problem — business context, users, constraints, and opportunity.

02

Define

Shape requirements and direction — scope, priorities, and what success looks like.

03

Design

Create the experience — flows and interface decisions before engineering locks in.

04

Build

Engineer the product — frontend, backend, and integrations in working increments.

05

Launch

Take it into production — deployment, monitoring basics, and a clean handoff.

06

Grow

Improve and scale — iterate with evidence after launch on the next right features.

PROJECT 01

Sub-Brand of ETE-Digital

JobsRow

JobsRow is a live sub-brand of ETE-Digital — a skill-based hiring platform where candidates prove capability through tryouts and employers hire from verified performance.

Problem

Typical job boards reward keyword resumes and slow interview loops. Candidates struggle to show what they can build. Employers spend too long filtering noise before they see real skill.

Solution

JobsRow.com lets candidates browse roles, complete role-specific tryouts, and keep verified work in a Talent Vault. Employers post jobs, set custom tryouts, grade submissions, and hire from skill signals. Rubric scoring gives an early signal; human review refines it.

PROJECT 02

Sub-Brand of ETE-Digital

ETE-ChatBridge API

ETE-ChatBridge API is an ongoing ETE-Digital sub-brand — a multi-tenant WhatsApp operations platform for high-volume broadcasting, automated follow-ups, and campaign delivery funnels.

Problem — Teams need secure WhatsApp operations at volume. Shared logins, brittle scripts, and one-off tools fail on org isolation, rate limits, encrypted credentials, and reliable message queues.

Solution — Org-scoped APIs use X-Organization-Id. Access is JWT + RBAC (Super Admin, Business Admin, Team Member). WhatsApp account tokens are encrypted with AES-256-GCM. TOTP covers 2FA. Message work runs through durable queue jobs, with n8n for longer automations.

PROJECT 03

Studio Work

Digital Marketing

Digital marketing work from the studio — strategy, content, campaigns, landings, and measurement kept aligned with the product so growth creates real conversations.

Problem
Marketing often becomes disconnected activity: content without a clear offer, campaigns without conversion paths, and analytics nobody trusts. Spend goes up; learning does not.
Solution
Engagements cover positioning, SEO and content systems, paid and organic campaign structure, landing experiences tied to the product story, analytics setup, and a learning agenda for each cycle.

About ETE-Digital

A technology team that builds with clients, not around them.

ETE-Digital is a technology and software development studio. We partner with founders and operators who need custom digital products — SaaS, web applications, AI systems, operational software, and digital marketing connected to what you ship.

We combine product thinking with engineering craft: clear communication, maintainable systems, and delivery that still makes sense after launch. The goal is a durable partnership, not a one-off handoff.

Team

Collaborative delivery with shared ownership — design, engineering, product, and digital marketing stay connected as one studio.

Design

Experience and interface decisions stay connected to what engineering will ship.

Engineering

Frontend, backend, and integrations owned as one maintainable system.

Product

Scope what matters first — then leave room to grow after launch.

Digital marketing

Visibility, audience reach, and conversion paths that stay aligned with the product.

Engineering

Architecture

Clear boundaries between interface, API, and data so the product can evolve without a rewrite.

FAQ

Straight answers before you enquire.

Practical questions we hear from founders and operators starting a software conversation.

It depends on scope, complexity, and timeline. After an enquiry we clarify goals and constraints, then share a written estimate — we do not publish one-size-fits-all pricing.

Smaller MVPs can move in weeks; fuller products usually take months. We confirm a realistic timeline once scope and priorities are clear.

Yes. We can audit, improve, extend, or rebuild parts of an existing product when that is the right path.

Yes. We help define a focused first version, ship something usable, and leave room to grow without rewriting everything later.

Yes — when it solves a real workflow problem. We focus on practical features such as assistants, classification, and automation inside your product.

Yes. We collaborate remotely with clear communication, written scope, and agreed working hours.

Yes. We routinely sign NDAs before detailed product or technical discussions.

Ownership is defined in the project agreement. Client ownership of deliverables is the default for commissioned work unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Yes. We can support launches, monitoring basics, iteration, and ongoing improvements after the first release.

We review your details, follow up to clarify scope if needed, and outline next steps. An enquiry is a conversation — not a contract.
